Grand Master’s Hunt
This is a tradition set up by M:. W:. B. Cole Presley a few years back when he was Worshipful Master of Justice Lodge. The hunt takes place in his back yard; a territory where the High School teams are called the Ringnecks. Now that he’s Grand Master of Masons in Kansas, the pheasants have taken notice and plan to be in great numbers for our hunt. It’s been a green autumn which means the birds have had plenty to eat.
You will not want to miss this hunt. In addition to providing for our charitable efforts, this event is a great time to enjoy tuning up your shotgun and being with your brothers for some quality outdoor recreation. If you somehow miss bagging a ringneck, there will be plenty of clay pigeons awaiting your pleasure in the afternoon.
Justice Lodge will have its Annual Meeting on Friday evening, November 17th, the evening prior to the Charity Pheasant Hunt and Skeet Shoot. The meeting starts promptly at 6 pm. See flyer for more details. Afterwards, we’ll meet our families and friends for dinner at local restaurant. If you plan to join us for dinner, please let us know via the dinner registration form. The hunt starts with breakfast and a safety briefing at 6 am on Saturday, November 18th. For that event, you must register and pay in advance.
